We’re so pleased you’re interested in joining the Human Learning Systems (HLS) community. We’re a growing group of people, places and partnerships who are exploring HLS in our respective fields. Together, we are forging new learning and know-how. We welcome anyone who is up for the adventure to join the community!
The HLS Collaborative is a network of public service transformation advocates made up of small businesses, universities and charities who have come together to support change in how public management is done. How can I get involved?
We offer a number of different ways to get involved with our collective efforts to create positive social change. Below is a summary of the key areas of support we offer for those keen to learn more about HLS theory and practice.
The HLS Collaborative has produced a number of resource libraries to help organisations explore how HLS might be applied to their work. This includes reports, video resources, guest speaker opportunities and much more!
We’re always interested in learning from those who are living HLS theory in practice. We have many examples of where we have supported the learning journey of organisations to design more HLS practices and/or accelerate their efforts to scale practice across place, region, organisation and field. One of the best ways to connect, learn and get the confidence to try out a Human Learning Systems approach is to become part of an HLS practical learning community. A practical learning community brings people together who share a common concern or interest to share practical experience and learn from each other.
